Focus on consistency over speed:

• A missed gate voids your lap — clean passes beat fast but sloppy flying
• In timed formats, your best single lap or three consecutive laps count for seeding, so steady runs matter

Understand the advancement path:

• In DRL, you need two heat wins to advance — focus on winning, not just finishing
• If your group struggles, a sudden-death heat gives you a second chance, so never give up

Study the course:

• Gates, flags, and ladders must be cleared in the correct order and direction — memorize the sequence before racing
• Know where every obstacle is so you can plan the smoothest possible line

Play smart, play safe:

• Avoid unsafe flying near crowds or outside the course boundary — penalties can end your race day
